Ebbsfleet directors hope to have several options for a new training base available for manager Liam Daish to consider by the middle of June.

The Fleet are thought to be considering several sites for a permanent training centre and the matter was discussed at a board meeting last week.

One of them could be the old AEI sports ground at Gravesend, now owned by Kent Sports Club, which the club used last season before being forced out following a change of ownership.

Among other items discussed included budgets, reaction to Stevenage’s offer of compensation for Darius Charles, sponsorship and pre-season friendlies.
