Draw specialists Ebbsfleet have been told not to panic when they return to Skrill South action with a long trip west this weekend.

Steve Brown’s side go to third-placed Weston-super-Mare having won just one of their nine league games so far.

The Fleet have developed a habit of scoring first and struggling to close games out.

They have drawn more times – six – than anyone else in the division and Brown wants that to stop.

He said: "I need the players to puff their chests out when we’re up against it and compose themselves a bit more.

"Is that because we keep drawing games? Is there a lack of confidence when we’re 1-0 up? Can we compose ourselves a bit more than we do?

"We are seeming to panic at the thought of drawing another game."

"I’m talking more than they are. A manager shouldn’t be shouting as much as I shout.

"There is a certain degree of panic at the moment and that’s a lack of getting over the line with the results."
