THE UNIVERSITY of Kent has been chosen to take part in a Government initiative for small business.
It will lead one of 18 New Technology Institutes, announced this week by Margaret Hodge, the Minister for Lifelong Learning and Higher Education.
The Institute will offer information technology training to small businesses, to help them get exactly what they need from employees.
Each NTI is made up of colleges, higher education institutions and private training providers.
