Police at the house where Annette Sturt's body was found

A man is due in court today accused of murdering his mother.

Gary Sturt, 30, of Clarendon Street, Dover, is charged with killing 49-year-old Annette Sturt.

Ms Sturt's body was found at her house in Guston, near Dover, after police were called to the terraced property, in Prescott Close on May 20.

He is expected to make a plea at Canterbury Crown Court.
