Generous visitors to events supported by the Kent Messenger Group last year raised more than £5,900.
Events staff from the newspaper and KM marketing manager Stacy Pannett handed over a cheque to the Kent Air Ambulance Trust at its headquarters in Marden.
The money was raised last year and staff have already been collecting cash during 2008 events so another cheque can be presented to the Kent Air Ambulance next year.
Events manager David Cowan said: “People were very generous at all the events and we have raised a great amount for a great cause.”
